Returning to Jumeirah Beach Hotel always feels like coming home, and this trip was no exception. We’ve stayed here before, and every time we leave, we’re already thinking about when we’ll return — and that’s entirely thanks to the incredible people who make this place so special. Mornings were always a treat at the buffet, where Mohamad and Walter never missed a beat. They had our coffee ready the moment we sat down and were always so warm, attentive, and thoughtful — it’s that kind of personal touch that sets this hotel apart. Moni, the buffet manager, is another standout. No matter how busy things got, he always made time for a quick chat and made us feel seen and valued as guests. His presence truly makes the experience feel special. The Kids Club team deserves their own spotlight. Suja and Tamara were absolutely wonderful — always smiling, so genuine, and clearly passionate about working with children. They made our little ones feel happy and safe, which meant the world to us. Knowing they were the same trusted faces we hired for evening babysitting made it even more comforting — we could enjoy our nights with total peace of mind. It’s that combination of luxury, warmth, and consistently exceptional service that keeps us coming back. We always feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease here. Honestly, we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Dubai. Thank you once again, Jumeirah Beach Hotel — we can’t wait to see you all again soon.

Great hotel overall, real attention to detail. Super beach setup, always a sun lounger and great service (thank you Javed and the beach team) to move things around and get us organised as well as food/drinks and whatever else needed. Everyone enjoyed wave hopping despite quite windy conditions, lifeguards did a great job keeping everyone safe.

I had an amazing experience at the Ramadan Garden Iftar at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the Burj Al Arab view made it even more special. A huge thank you to Fayis and Shabnam for their outstanding service and for going the extra mile to assist me in celebrating my friend's birthday. Also, special thanks to Mr. Essam and the manager, Mr. Damit, who was incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout the evening. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Cakery Creation team the cake was excellent and added the perfect touch to the celebration! Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable Iftar experience! Will definitely be back.

Perfect for families - we got animal shaped towels every day! So cute. The welcome cake and treats were wonderful! Perfect location Lovely team and super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Only down side was being sick and having to use in room dinning which wasn’t as delicious with same menu all the time :(
