A Guide to Disney Adventure World

A Guide to Disney Adventure World: Insider Tips from the MagicBreaks Team

The wait is finally over! The gates to Disney Adventure World have officially opened, marking the most significant transformation in the history of Disneyland® Paris. Our team has just returned from an exclusive first-look visit, and we’ve gathered the "need-to-know" details to ensure your visit is as seamless as it is magical.

From the reimagined entrance at World Premiere to the snowy peaks of Arendelle, here is your essential guide to navigating the incredible Disney Adventure World.

Navigating the New Park Layout

The first thing you’ll notice is how beautifully the park now flows. You’ll enter through the grand World Premiere (formerly Studio 1) and step straight onto Adventure Way. This wide, open promenade offers a stunning, clear view of the Arendelle Castle in the distance, making the park feel more spacious and easier to explore than ever before.

World of Frozen: How to Beat the Crowds

As the standout highlight of the park, the World of Frozen is understandably popular. To make the most of your time in the Kingdom:

Frozen Ever After: This musical boat ride is currently the most popular attraction in the entire resort. While queues are high in the morning, we found they often drop to around 60 minutes by the evening.

Meeting Anna & Elsa: These Royal Encounters operate via a Virtual Queue system. You’ll need to be in the park early, as spots are typically released once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

A Celebration in Arendelle: This daytime show features the characters on Viking-style ships on the lake. It’s a joyful musical celebration, but you’ll want to find your spot around Adventure Bay early for the best view!

The First-Ever Disney Theme Park Pub

Disney has introduced a brand-new concept with The Regal View Lounge.

  • The Lounge: This is the first-ever pub in a Disney theme park! It offers an elegant, relaxed setting for drinks with a perfect view of the lake.

  • Character Dining: The connected Regal View Restaurant offers a table-service experience where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner alongside the Disney Princesses.

Evening Entertainment: Making a Choice

The park’s new nighttime spectacular, Disney Cascade of Lights, is must-see. It features a symphony of drones, water effects, and lights over the lake.

Expert Tip: This show currently runs at the same time as the evening show in the main Disneyland® Park. If you have a multi-day ticket, we recommend alternating your evenings so you can experience the magic of both spectaculars!
